Description: Coordinates and supervises disaster survey teams in coordination with Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), State and local officials or alone to perform Preliminary Damage Assessment (PDAs).

Supervisory Disaster Recovery Specialist (Quality Assurance & Reports) GS -1101-13 (Permanent)

Description: This position is in the Small Business Administration (SBA), Office of Capital Access(OCA), located in the Customer Service Center (CSC). This position is responsible for providing advice and analysis on a variety of workforce management matters including forecasting and scheduling, adherence, and management reporting. In addition, the position oversees Quality Assurance and Training programs at the CSC.
