SBA’s 2024 New Hampshire and New England Home-Based Business of the Year
Logan Snyder, the owner and lead strategist of digital marketing agency hasOptimization, is a remarkable business leader making significant and positive impact in New Hampshire and beyond.
Logan Snyder and their hasOptimization story is a shining example of how resilience, determination, and a commitment to making a positive difference can lead to remarkable success. Their unwavering focus on inclusivity, community support, and social responsibility is truly inspiring and deserving of recognition as the ‘2024 SBA New Hampshire and New England’s Home-Based Business.’
They have been working in the digital marketing field since 2008 and officially started business in 2013. Logan’s driving passion in this work is bringing big-company services to small or more offbeat businesses. Today, Logan leads a team of two full-time employees and a collection of independent contractors that together provide high-quality digital marketing services, with a focus on serving small businesses, nonprofits, and marginalized business owners. They offer a wide range of services, including search engine optimization, (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, content and social media marketing, and website design and development. hasOptimization has established a client-centric approach and prioritizes taking the time to understand each client’s unique goals and challenges. This culture builds strong relationships and trusted partnerships that are key factors to their success.
Along the way, Northway Bank has been a valuable partner providing much needed financial assistance during the uncertain times of the pandemic utilizing the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), and later providing an SBA Express Line of Credit to help better manage the company’s cash flow cycles. Recently they connected with SBA resource partner, the Center for Women and Enterprise (CWE), participating in a popular pop-up event in Derry. They are always offering their subject matter expertise to the community and other fellow business owners providing education and awareness on local podcasts, webcasts, blogs, and social media platforms.
Logan’s success is not just about the growth of their business, but about the positive impact they have had on the lives of others. Logan’s dedication to giving back is equally impressive demonstrated through volunteer work as guardian ad litem for Court Appointed Special Advocates of NH in support of youth in the family court system, leading the hasOptimization team in conducting regular charitable drives and offering discounted rates for nonprofits and marginalized business owners.
“A lot of business owners produce great value with their products and services. Logan does so exponentially by providing excellent service while at the same time ensuring that these services are available to businesses of all means and backgrounds regardless of available resources. It makes me think of the phrase ‘A rising tide lifts all boats.’ Logan is that ‘rising tide,’ said nominator Issac Davis, VP Small Business Relationship Manager at Northway Bank.
Award winners were honored at the SBA’s 2024 Small Business Week celebration on Tuesday, April 30th, from 8:30 am to 11:30 am at the Tupelo Music Hall, Derry, NH.
