Description: Translates complex user requirements into technical specifications involving disaster loan and disbursement operations, monitoring high-volume loan processing, managing varying personnel and tracking employees locally and in various remote locations. Serves as the Center's authority and representative regarding IT matters that involve long- and short-range national plans for the technical enhancement of systems. Acts as primary consultant to local department heads on all IT matters.
