Quality Press is a full-service printing company that has built an outstanding reputation for delivering high quality printed materials with superior customer service. At the helm of this thriving business is owner, Andrea Daniels.
Andrea’s journey with Quality Press began in 1994 when she joined the family business as a bindery worker fresh out of high school. As her passion for the craft grew, she worked hard to earn her degree in graphic design while working through the ranks at the business serving as a manager, vice president, and ultimately taking over the reins as owner in 2020 when she purchased the business from her father.
Quality Press has been in business since 1968 and has built a reputation for delivering exceptional products on time and at a fair price. The variety of printed medium is varied and ranges from catalogs, forms, newsletters, books and manuals to flyers and banners. They also offer graphic design services both for both printed and digital projects as well as direct mail services. Andrea’s commitment to upholding this legacy is evident in every aspect of the business, from continually investing in state-of-the-art equipment to the recruitment and retention of her highly skilled staff. Under Andrea’s leadership, Quality Press stands out in the industry as a leader and innovator and that is why the company was selected as ‘SBA NH’s 2024 Micro- Enterprise Business of the Year.
During the challenging COVID years, Andrea’s leadership coupled with guidance from her SCORE Mentor proved invaluable. Not only was she able to retain her dedicated employees utilizing two rounds of the SBA Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), but she also added new talent to the team to keep up with the increasing demand. During this time, the company also doubled its workspace area to an impressive 6,00 square feet which allowed for better organization, increased efficiency, and the ability to take on larger and more complex projects. Based on these factors, sales have soared each year which is a testament to the company’s unwavering commitment to excellence.
At the core of Quality Press’ success is a team that has mutual passion and dedication serving many long- serving clients and welcoming new ones. Andrea’s passion extends beyond the walls of Quality Press as she regularly gives back to the communities she serves with her time and company services.
