Kauai County 2022 Women In Business Champion

Brianna Greer of BriaLei is Kauai County's 2022 Women In Business Champion.



After a successful career in the commercial interior design industry, Bria began offering freelance design services through BriaLei. During this time, she identified the need for a collaborative space where women entrepreneurs could come to learn and support each other.  

After receiving the Innovation Grant through the Office of Economic Development of Kauai, Bria launched a Learning Environment for local women entrepreneurs and innovators on Kauai (LE+I-Kauai).  She created business development workshops to help boost their skills on topics such as branding, finances and creativity.  She arranged for speakers from a wide range of businesses and community leaders. Through her efforts, she removed the isolation that many entrepreneurs felt as they launched their businesses.

She has partnered with the Small Business Development Center on Kauai to organize the Women’s Symposium and the Kauai Global Entrepreneurship Week.
