2022 Arkansas Young Entrepreneur of the Year: Aidan Eslinger

As the owner and CEO of The Aidan Eslinger Company, Aidan’s mission is to entertain and inspire. He is the author of three self-published children’s books, an actor, filmmaker, and playwright.

Aidan started his business when he was just 8 years old. Over the past 7 years he has written, directed, and produced 4 stage plays, a short film, and a web series. The Aidan Eslinger Company is a parent company that oversees three separate entities: Aidan Eslinger Productions, Arthur’s Town Publishing, and AECommunity. Through these three ventures, Aidan coaches budding authors through writing and self-publishing, produces original content for his customers, and creates activities and incentives for young black boys to encourage them to read and take their academics seriously.

Since 2019, Aidan has worked with SBA Resource Partner, Conductor where he is involved in multiple services such as consulting, mentoring, minority entrepreneurship pitch nights, and recently received KIVA loan funding to continue his business growth.

At the young age of 16, Aidan is an innovator who finds ways to serve his customers, fanbase and community while serving as a profound and inspiring influence for other young people who aspire to be entrepreneurs.
