Century 21 Sandstone Real Estate Group is a full-service real estate firm that offers residential, commercial, and consulting services throughout the state of Arkansas. Korry Garrett co-founded this business in 2008 an African American owned, full service real estate company in Conway, Arkansas.

Raised in a single parent home in Forrest City, Arkansas, Korry is a United States Navy veteran who utilizes education, leadership, and hard work to help people realize the American dream of home ownership. He has worked with SBA Resource Partner, Conductor and received the COVID Economic Injury Disaster Loan to help sustain operations during the economic downturn. 

Sandstone Real Estate Group was formed with only two agents and operated as an independent real estate company for 13 years until Korry franchised the business in 2021. Century 21 Sandstone Real Estate Group is the first African American owned real estate franchise in Arkansas and has grown to include 22 highly skilled and educated real estate professionals that are vested in the communities they serve. They pride themselves on being a “Smart Choice For Real Estate.”
