Jack Bienko

John "Jack" Bienko serves as the Acting Deputy Associate Administrator for SBA's Office of Entrepreneurial Development (OED).

Jack is a seasoned federal executive. In his 22 years at SBA, he's held many leadership positions and served in multiple program offices. He helped create several of OED's programs and has touched most. Throughout his tenure, Bienko has demonstrated expertise in organizational transformation, program innovation, and cross-agency collaboration. As a strategic leader, he built and directed high-performing teams that received recognition for their innovative program designs and exceptional client service delivery.

Before his government service, Jack developed diverse sector expertise spanning banking, advocacy, and economic development. Beyond his federal service, he actively engages in community initiatives and holds advanced academic credentials that inform his leadership approach.
