In this workshop, we’ll dive into the key factors that contribute to the challenges of balancing a demanding career with the need for personal well-being. You’ll learn practical techniques to manage stress, set healthy boundaries, and boost productivity while preventing burnout. We’ll explore how to prioritize self-care, manage expectations, and cultivate resilience to maintain mental clarity in both your professional and personal life. Participants will leave with actionable strategies that can be immediately applied to reduce stress, enhance work performance, and improve overall mental health, helping you create a balanced, sustainable routine.
Presenter: TarNeisha A. Mukoko is a Certified Life & Mental Health Coach, Educator, Community Leader, Minister, Mentor, Author and Motivational Speaker.
In addition to her extensive coaching and leadership roles, she is a dedicated Pregnancy, Birth, and Postpartum Community Doula.
As an Educator and Community Leader, she has developed and facilitated numerous programs aimed at equipping individuals with practical skills and strategies to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
