Event description

More federal offices are now utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) to review and summarize information and proposals and to surface salient features. Based on this environmental shift, contractor capability statements and similar documents are going to need to be optimized for machine as well as human interaction.

Join us to learn how to utilize the basics of AI to tweak capability statements and improve the competitive standing of a firm’s offering documentation. This presentation was developed for small firms interested in utilizing AI to tailor their capability statement to a specific Request for Information (RFI) or to create a strong response to Request for Proposals (RFPs).

This beginner-level presentation will take a simple look at some easily accessible AI tools and will demonstrate the need to correctly create prompts and secure background information from the government offices/agencies/departments requesting input.

Presenter: J.C. Watkins, Procurement Consultant, Kentucky APEX Accelerator. NOTE: Login instructions will be sent the morning of the event.
