Many Pennsylvanians don’t know that there is a PA Department of Banking and Securities, or what the agency does. This session will help you understand the entities we regulate; how to work with our outreach staff and our consumer services team; and how we use information from the public to help our compliance and examination teams.

We will also review a few of the newest and most common frauds and scams that outreach staff hear about in our day-to-day work.
