Are You Lender Ready? is a comprehensive, two-part series designed to help you understand and prepare your financials, then connect with small business lenders.

Workshop # 1 focuses on #smallbiz finance basics helping you become Lender Ready. It walks you through:

• understanding both business and personal credit,
• documents you need to have prepared when applying for a small business loan.

Workshop #2 is a Lender Forum/Resource Fair. It follows up on what you learned and introduces you to traditional and alternative lenders followed up with the opportunity to speak directly with lenders one-on-one. During the forum you will:

• hear from a panel of traditional and alternative lenders about their services and “gotta haves” from potential borrowers,
• talk with lenders one-on-one to measure your borrowing power and ask questions,
• meet with local resources to assist you in starting or growing.
