Event description

This interactive workshop uses the metaphor of a garden to guide business owners in crafting their scaling strategies. Entrepreneurs will identify the key elements or "seeds" they need to nurture, such as market opportunities, product enhancements, or team development, to foster growth. They’ll also assess and remove "weeds," like inefficiencies, unproductive practices, or outdated tools, that hinder scalability. The session emphasizes creating a balanced garden/ecosystem for growth, ensuring that infrastructure, customer relationships, and operational workflows are well-supported. By the end of the workshop, participants will have a visual and actionable roadmap to cultivate their “growth garden” for long-term success.

What to Expect:

1. Understand the key elements of startup business growth

2. Learn to recognize the inefficiencies and growth limiters in your business

3. Strategize how to support and maintain business scalability
