An employee handbook is a how to guide for both the employee and the employer of how things are handled and managed. Building out a handbook can be overwhelming. what goes into it? What laws apply to me? 

In this training, we will outline some best practices, policies, and the laws that apply to you based on your state and your company's employee count.

Presenter Toni Runci is the co-founder and owner of BlueLion. She has over 14 years of experience in HR. She received her undergraduate from SNHU in Business and her Masters in Human Resources.

She has experience working in multiple industries, such as retail, construction, healthcare, automotive, hospitality, and non-profits.
