Event description

Online Workshop

Do you know what makes a good website attractive to a customer? When people find you online, do you know what makes them convert?

Learn some pointers about what works and what doesn't for websites and marketing. Whether you have already built your website or it's in the works, now is the time to analyze your website and see what improvements can be made.

While not everyone has access to edit their own website, this session is to give business owners information on some of the key things that do need to be addressed that are driving away traffic and driving away sales of your product or service.

We will also be touching on ADA Website Compliance and Global Privacy laws as both of these need statements on your website.

Presenter Heather Turner is a Granite Region Certified SCORE mentor. She spent twenty years cooking professionally and in 2003 started her own business (with the assistance of a SCORE mentor). She currently teaches social media and marketing for small businesses and mentors and co-mentors in the chapter for marketing and social media for startup businesses and for existing businesses who need some help and guidance in the digital age. She also specializes in working with the hospitality industry for operations, both starting a food business as well as in business.
