The federal government purchases more goods and services than any other buyer in the world, close to $700 billion each year. Of this amount, agencies have a goaling requirement to set aside 23% annually for small businesses.
This session will include information on:
- Key federal programs, including eligibility requirements and how to apply,
- How to register your business in SAM.gov,
- How to search for federal opportunities,
- The importance of marketing, and
- Support services offered by SBA Resource Partners and APEX Accelerator.

- SBA 8(a) Business Development Program,
- Historically Underutilized Business Zones program (HUBZone),
- Women-Owned Small Business Certification Program (WOSB),
- Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business Certification Program (EDWOSB),
