When you are beginning to start or expand your small business, it is important to have a good understanding of banking, financing, credit and financial statement basics.  As a business owner you may have a number of questions such as:  What types of capital are available?  How does the process work?  What is required to get a loan?  How important is a good Credit Score?  What are the Big "3" financial statements?

In this 2-hour session, you will learn:

- What types of capital may be available to start or grow your business.

- The process of getting approved for a loan, and what is all involved and why.

- The 6 C's of Credit, and the importance of each one.

- What are the Big 3 Financial Statements, and why they are so important to me?

- Financial terms and definitions.

- How the SC SBDC can you now and in the future.
