Interested in starting a food business but don’t have a truck or trailer? This workshop is for you!
In this one-hour interactive workshop Business advisors Ruth Feldman and Eric Treworgy will address basic logistics of food business start-up with no permanent serving facility.
Without an actual truck, what can you do with your mobile food business this season? We’ll discuss farmers markets, fairs, direct to consumer, and other options for food sale outlets.
Ruth and Eric will discuss some ways to think creatively about alternative venues. They will also touch upon licenses & permits, insurance, and marketing best practices to help you get your food business up and running.
This workshop will also provide an opportunity for participants to connect with one another about tips and real world experience from on the ground.
