CalSavers Compliance: What Every Employer Needs to Know

Do you have a small business with 1-4 employees in California?  CalSavers, the state’s retirement mandate was expanded in 2022 to include all employers with at least one employee who isn’t an owner.

You’re required to facilitate CalSavers unless you already offer a qualified retirement plan. Noncompliance may result in penalties, so join today to ensure you follow the law. The sooner you join, the sooner your employees can save.
