This event is designed to equip childcare business owners, administrators, and HR professionals with the tools and strategies necessary to build and maintain a strong, committed, and compliant team. By focusing on actionable HR techniques, effective recruitment practices, and strategies for screening, and compensation, participants will leave with practical solutions to address common HR challenges in the childcare industry.
Participants currently working in a childcare center will earn 2 hours of Continuing Education credit for this class through ECE-TRIS. It will be conducted via Zoom in a single session. It is free and prior registration is required.
