This one-hour webinar is designed to explain the assistance available for would-be government contractors and share information with any potential vendor interested in doing business with Iowa State University. Experts will provide an overview of CIRAS APEX services and the Iowa Department of Transportation's Disadvantage Business Enterprise program.

That will be followed by your chance to speak with an Iowa State representative, who will share the following:

• An overview of the bidding process.
• How the invoicing and payment process works.
• What information is available online to all vendors.
