Kelly is the lead analyst and founder at Aligned Management Partners where they implement managerial-leadership practices that align people and purpose. Kelly has over 32 years of experience working with small businesses in the areas of technology, managerial-leadership, accounting and HR.

Kelly’s focus is on small businesses that are growing through their first $1-million in annual revenue. It is at this phase of an organization where the development of the management team is critical for stable, long-term growth.

Kelly’s work includes the development of a SaaS solution that facilitates and integrates the 6 practices of managerial leadership. He also provides training, coaching and support to up-and-coming business owners and leaders.

As an advocate for lifelong learning, Kelly frequently mentors young leaders and volunteers his time with local startups. When he’s not speaking or coaching, he enjoys tennis and exploring the latest managerial-leadership podcast.
