 The Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) is the place the federal buyers look to find small businesses to provide goods and services. Small businesses have a limited profile of information that gets shared from SAM. But the key part of the DSBS profile is the Capability Narrative where you can provide keywords about your business to provide information to federal buyers and prime contractors regarding what products/services you can provide.
