The University of Georgia Small Business Development Center's Multicultural Business Division, in partnership with Decide DeKalb and DeKalb County Government through the Purchasing & Contracting Department, is pleased to announce a new small business and supplier development program. This initiative aims to assist in developing small businesses as they prepare for participation in the DeKalb County Government procurement process and Local Small Business Enterprise certification process. In addition to offering insights on the County's procurement process; including the Local Small Business Enterprise Certification (LSBE) program; this development program will provide training on essential business topics such as human resources, insurance, bonding, working capital, supplier registration, certifications, and financial management.
