Event description

Technology and digitalization are the major driving forces of the 21st-century global economy.

These forces have also transformed global commerce; now, trading products and services using technology or digital means is a reality. This change in the way of doing business is making trade more straightforward, safer, and more convenient for consumers/suppliers worldwide. This program will give an overview of these driving forces shaping global trade and introduces a concept that was born with these forces and the global trade landscape, which is known as digital trade. We will cover digital trade and its implications for SMEs in North America.
