Instructor bio:
Will Malpica is a partner at Martin LLP, where he focuses on banking and debt finance. He helps lenders and borrowers with different types of loans, especially for smaller businesses involved in acquisitions. Will has experience in financial law from working at big banks like ABN AMRO Bank and The Royal Bank of Scotland. During the pandemic, Will helped clients access government relief programs and close loans under the Main Street Lending Program. He also helped with restructuring loans. Before Martin LLP, Will worked as a legal advisor in investment and commercial banking and at an international law firm, Mayer Brown LLP. He graduated from Fordham University School of Law.
