At this Workshop, we will review the step by step processes for writing for writing job descriptions and defining roles for Nonprofit Board Members. These written job descriptions and role definitions will help you hold Board Members accountable for their defined tasks in your Nonprofit Organization. SCORE Fox Valley Member Sonja Baille-David has an extensive background in Professionally Consulting for Nonprofits and will facilitate this Workshop/Focused Interactive Discussion. Sonja is a CPA and MBA. She has "hands on" experience in manufacturing and service operation, plus 8 years of Nonprofit experience including Grant Management, and Donor Reporting.
