A Seat at the Table, Empowering Entrepreneurs to Succeed

Event description

Women’s participation in leadership is critical to innovation and to solving the most pressing problems of our time. This session is about empowering women to succeed in the workplace, in their careers, and in their businesses.

In this session participants will understand why and how women can gain seats at the table, we'll discuss some of the obstacles women face such as Imposter Syndrome and the wage pay gap, just to name a few. We'll provide best practices, tools, and resources to help individuals leverage the strength of women in their organizations and help them take their seat at the table.
