Event description

Whether you have an idea for a small business or just recently began and need to establish your foundation, this program will move your forward. Through formal instruction by industry leaders, guest speakers, and individual coaching every Thursday evening for 5 weeks from 6-roughly 8pm CST. 

Topics will include:

-Cultivating a business mindset

-Financial management for a small business

-Understanding your target customer

-Understanding the types of organizations

-The formal business planning process

- How planning can mitigate risk and maximize potential

-Identifying the difference between a sustainable business and an idea

-Recognizing resources and best practices to create your BAIL-IT team

-Cash flow and pricing strategies

-An actionable plan to move forward with a sound mind and resources to support you along the way
