When establishing a pricing model, it is essential to consider the market image you want to project. While underpricing may provide short-term gains, it can lead to long-term challenges. Low-pricing models require high sales volumes to cover costs and generate profit. Part 1 of the webinar will focus on the qualitative aspects of pricing.
