Before applying for a business license and obtaining an Employer Identification Number (EIN), the business name must be registered first with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor. Ms. Denise Johannes, Director of the Division of Corporations and Trademarks will discuss the who, what, where, when, and how of the registration process and keeping your business in good standing by utilizing the office's online Catalyst system.
