On July 1, 2024, federal updates became effective that increased the salary requirement for the ‘white collar exemptions’ under the Fair Labor Standards Act. In addition to the July 1st increase, the final rule will increase the standard salary level again on January 1, 2025. Are you up to speed on these critical required increases?
