How to turn generic financial statements into a source of actionable business information.

Most business owners spend a lot of money on accountants and generating financial information - that either they ignore or they don’t understand. The goal of this workshop is to reverse the process and start with key business questions and then set up a system that will provide the data necessary to answer those questions.

This workshop takes the business owner through the process of: Setting up an accounting information system; providing an “Accounting 101” introduction on how to read and understand financial statements; and providing an outline on how to make decisions using the information you’ve collected.
