Event description

If you're a credit analyst at a lending institution, perhaps you may be called upon to structure and underwrite an SBA-backed loan. What does that mean? How will your credit writeup differ from what you normally do? How can you avoid being screened out or declined by SBA? During this training we'll review SBA's credit standards, including requirements for use of proceeds, equity, cash flow coverage, collateral, term, rate, occupancy, required guarantors and much more. You will learn what additional steps you may be required to take, and where to find the answers you need. This training is provided by the SBA Cleveland District Office for the benefit of northern Ohio lending professionals, but all are welcome.
