LENDER TRAINING: SBA Lending for Relationship Managers

Event description

If you are relationship manager at a bank, credit union, or other lender, and you want to know how to make SBA loans, this is the training for you. We'll be covering making a basic eligibility assessment, origination documentation, fees, interest rates, and everything you need to know to successfully originate SBA loans. After attending this program you should be able to identify what is and is not an "SBA deal," provide solutions to your customer, and a warm handoff to your credit team. This program is provided by the SBA Cleveland District Office for the benefit of northern Ohio lending professionals, but all are welcome.
