Important Criteria for WOSB Certification: Be an established small business. At least 51% are owned and controlled by one or more women who are U.S. citizens, must manage day-to-day operations and make long-term decisions, and be the highest-paid owner and highest-ranking officer. WOSB and EDWOSB set-aside contracts are restricted to designated NAICS:
