This webinar will explain the history and importance of business certifications, certification criteria and application process, and the certifications accepted by the City of Lexington’s Minority Business Enterprise Program (MBEP). Certification verifies that your business is at least 51% owned, managed, controlled and operated by a minority, woman or veteran.
In addition, this webinar will help you learn if your business qualifies as a Section 3 contractor through the Division of Grants and Special Programs.
