Sought out for her strategic business acumen, training and development, and sales leadership, LaVonda found time to serve as CFO for a non-profit for thirteen years.

LaVonda has balanced her keenness for achievement with ethics in meeting the needs of others first. Her achievement afforded her the opportunity to move to Tennessee in 2022, whereby she is a current resident of Hermitage. She actively works with NBIC, Salvation Army, STARS, Urban league, and Operation Hope.
