Understanding and Managing Conflict, Part 2

Event description

This part 2 workshop will continue with the 5 TKI Conflict modes which will help us each understand how we deal with interpersonal conflict situations. While we are not able to take the actual TKI assessment, we will review the modes and dive deep into each. We'll follow up with a suggested method of dealing with conflict, 10 common sense rules and discuss the proper skills needed to deal with a conflict situation.

Presenter Bob Vear is a professional trainer, manager, and project manager having delivered many different training sessions and presentations for managers at over 70 different companies when he owned and operated his own business called Change Dynamics, Inc. in the 90s and early 2000s. Keeping busy, Bob likes to volunteer as a SCORE Mentor and at the Hannah Grimes Center for Entrepreneurship in Keene, NH as well as at the Habitat for Humanity and the Friends of Pisgah Park where he can help keep hiking trails open and accessible.
