The Southern California Job Creators Grant provides eligible small businesses:

10 grant packages totaling $5,000 each
Business Accelerator Program Scholarship

Founders First is committed to increasing the number of diverse founder-led businesses generating over $1 million dollars in revenues and creating premium wage jobs.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be headquarted in Southern California
  Must have between 2-20 employees.
  Must be a B2B or B2G.
  Must have the ability to add at least one net new premium wage job in the next 12 months.
  Must be a for-profit company with annual revenues between $100k - $3M.
  Must be a CEO, President, or Business Owner.
  Must identify as one of the following: Latinx, Black, Asian, Women, LGBTQIA+, Veteran, or located in a Low to Moderate Income area.
