This comprehensive program walks entrepreneurs through the application of decision sheets, articles, and frameworks from the GrowthWheel platform to elevate their business operations and decision-making prowess. The course will explore key topics including customer persona development and customer discovery, crafting effective marketing mixes, optimizing revenue models, strategic product/service pricing, refining value propositions, securing funding, navigating employee hiring processes, building a strong brand identity, and much more. Course format: 

All sessions will take place virtually (online). Online participants must agree to keep their camera on throughout all training sessions, attend from a safe location (i.e., not driving), and participate as actively as if they were attending in-person.
