This class will help you understand the cycles of financial management. Gain the know-how to strategically acquire and deploy capital, manage your financial performance, and insure you have the correct insurance and bonding for the job. Additionally, we will discuss the project and financial cycles of common projects, illustrating how they intersect and can cause conflict if not proactively addressed.
 

About the Supplier Development Program

This class is part of the Supplier Development Program. The SDP is open to any supplier with a physical presence in the Evansville, Indiana, region. The program aims to connect smaller businesses with contract opportunities from large organizations in the Evansville Region. 

Participation in the Supplier Development Program is no cost and made possible through a collaboration of the Southwest Indiana Small Business Development Center (SBDC), Evansville Regional Economic Partnership (E-REP), and other local partnerships. This program does not guarantee contract awards.
