Michelle Simoes is currently a Small Business Technical Advisor at GSA Office of Small Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU). Michelle came to GSA from the APEX Accelerator Program, formerly known as PTAC, where she helped small businesses in all aspects of government contracting. Prior to joining MA APEX Accelerator, Michelle was the Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO) at MIT Lincoln Laboratory (MIT LL).
