Volunteer attorneys from the City Bar Justice Center’s Neighborhood Entrepreneur Law Project (NELP) will explain the advantages and the liabilities of different forms of business structure, such as incorporation, partnership, and sole proprietorship.

Presented in partnership with Brooklyn Public Library Business & Career Center, Pace University Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and NELP.
