Join us for an exciting virtual trade compliance workshop hosted by the MidAtlantic DEC, the Bureau of Industry & Security, and the U.S. Commercial Service. This workshop will cover what items and activities are subject to the Export Administration Regulation (EAR), export licensing requirements, export clearance requirements, how to determine your Export Control Classification Number (ECCN), and key issues in arms exporting through the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask speakers their questions directly during the session.
