In partnership with SCORE, the U.S. Small Business Administration will host a joint training on Mastering customer experience to drive revenue growth.

Participants will learn how and why Customer Experience (CX) contributes directly to revenue and profitability growth. They will understand why, in today’s competitive world, one cannot ignore the importance of a purposeful focus on customer experience (CX) and will leave with fundamental knowledge of how it can be applied and measured in businesses today.

This comprehensive workshop is designed to equip senior decision-making business professionals with an understanding of the positive impact a deliberate Customer Experience (CX) can have on driving revenue growth by up to 50%, profitability by more than 25%, pricing premiums by more than 16%, and customer loyalty.

Key objectives of the workshop:

  1. What exactly is CX
  2. Why companies cannot afford to ignore CX
  3. How to significantly influence your CX
  4. How to measure the CX

This session will be a full day of identifying and implementing your business's best customer experience.
