Course Description:  The Secondary Market was established to provide greater liquidity to lenders, and thereby expand availability of commercial credit to small business. The Lender exclusively makes the decision whether to participate in the Secondary Market Program and on the sale of each specific guaranteed loan.  Resources to facilitate the sale of the guaranteed portion on the Secondary Market.
