Event description

Facilitated by the U.S. Department of Labor Wage & Hour Division. The McNamara-O’Hara Service Contract Act (SCA) requires contractors and subcontractors performing services on federal government contracts to pay service employees locally prevailing wages and fringe benefits. This webinar covers common SCA issues for small business employers, such as understanding wage determinations, fringe benefits, hours worked and paid sick leave requirements.

Participants can ask questions using the Chat feature with a real time response.

The session is not recorded, and handouts are provided for attendees after the presentation.
