A distributor must complete this certification in order to be listed on SBA's Franchise Directory.

The Distributor Certification (Certification) is to be used for listing a Distributor’s legal name & brand name as it appears on the Agreement on the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Franchise Directory. The Certification replaces any SBA Franchise Addendum or other similar documentation previously required by SBA and applies to SBA loans approved after the date of this Certification.
