Report to Congress on Small Business Subcontracting Plan Goals Status

The Small Business Act (the Act), and 15 U.S. C. § 637d(2), requires the U.S. Small Business Administration to submit a report which identifies the entities that failed to submit Individual Subcontracting Reports (ISRs) and/or Summary Subcontracting Reports (SSRs) in the Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) to the Committee on Small Business of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship of the Senate.
